Mark founded Invicta Public Affairs in 2007, following a stint working as a Policy Advisor for the Scottish Executive and then as Public Affairs Advisor to the Association of Scottish Colleges. Under Mark’s leadership, Invicta has advised over 150 businesses and at any given time, Invicta is responsible for managing a portfolio of around 30 plus clients with interests spanning all four corners of the United Kingdom. Mark is a highly-skilled and experienced Public Affairs specialist, operating at a local and national level in all four home nations across the UK and in building regional and sectoral coalitions to engage with the UK Government.

Starting with Invicta in 2010 as a Graduate Intern, Jennifer quickly worked her way up the organisational tree, distinguishing herself in the roles of Graduate Trainee, Account Executive and Campaigns and Media Manager to become Invicta’s Head of Campaigns and Media. Jennifer is the epitome of the impressive Invicta Graduate Scheme. A skilled communicator, Jennifer has helped shape the external perception of Invicta and continues to deliver for all clients who need to engage key third party stakeholders, the general public and the media.

David joined Invicta in July 2014 following a three-year stint with a renewable energy trade body, where he managed and maintained membership relations. A natural networker, David engages in all aspects of the Invicta business to support business to business engagement. David also leads in ensuring that Invicta operates ethically and has benchmarked our professional practice against other comparable professions.
